- Hey F,
- Are they offering you 15% of all animation jobs? Thats a Joke. If your going
- to do the work then tell them you want a salary. If they wont do that then
- find out what it would cost to lease or buy the gear that they are letting
- you use, that way you can tell what their actual costs are less rent and
- that sort of stuff. When you ask for a salary, tell them you'll pay them to
- rent the gear. Use the figure you came up with. This way you get the write
- off since they want you to sub-contract.

- I'm not trying to crush your enthusiasm, and I know it's an exciting
- opportunity, but you want to MAKE MONEY, not loose it. Be careful but do it
- with enthusiasm!!
