  40. Are they offering you 15% of all animation jobs? Thats a Joke. If your going
  41. to do the work then tell them you want a salary. If they wont do that then
  42. find out what it would cost to lease or buy the gear that they are letting
  43. you use, that way you can tell what their actual costs are less rent and
  44. that sort of stuff. When you ask for a salary, tell them you'll pay them to
  45. rent the gear. Use the figure you came up with. This way you get the write
  46. off since they want you to sub-contract.

  48. I'm not trying to crush your enthusiasm, and I know it's an exciting
  49. opportunity, but you want to MAKE MONEY, not loose it. Be careful but do it
  50. with enthusiasm!!
